playing dress up

One thing this 80′s girl loves,

is hair.   I’m always looking for fun, stylish ways to wear my hair.  So, it’s no wonder that I can’t get enough of the hair tutorials at The Small Things blog.

Today, I decided to try the “side front twist”.

So, I went over to Kate’s blog for a little refresher on how to get to look.

Then gave it a whirl.  I already had product and curl in my hair from yesterday.  I don’t wash my hair everyday.

I’m happy with the loose curls

and the volume,

but, the front view isn’t as full as Kate’s.  Nothing a little back comb tease can’t fix.

I do like this soft, beachy wave look, but I think I’m going to go mess with it some more to see if I can get it to look more like Kate’s.

Until next time,

Sharon
