Mother’s Day Gift Ideas for the Gardening Mom

How was your weekend, friends?  We went to the library for the first time in a long while on Saturday.  I checked out two books in the Debbie Macomber Cedar Cove series.  I’m looking forward to lazing on my cozy daybed and drifting off to the fictional community of Cedar Cove.

cottage style, home decor, french country decor

But first, I have some gardening to do.  I was super thrilled with the warm temperatures as I perused the garden center at Home Depot yesterday.  I plan to spend today out in the yard planting my new flowers and hopefully installing my new window box.

Do you, your mom or your wife love gardening as much as I do?  Then you’ll want to watch as my co-hosts and I share simple and affordable ideas for the gardener in your life.

See you in class,

Mrs. Hines

The following two tabs change content below.
After 17 years in an elementary classroom, Mrs. Hines retired from teaching to pursue her passions: decorating, writing and homemaking. While her formal education is in teaching, she discovered her talent for design at a young age and is a self-taught decorator. Mrs. Hines' DIY spirit has earned her appearances on the show Deals which airs on the Live Well Network. She continues to teach and inspire on her popular Lifestyle blog, Mrs. Hines' Class. Blogging allows Mrs. Hines to hone her natural skills as a writer and has led to the launch of The Write Touch, an online editorial service. Homemaking is Mrs. Hines' first love. So, when she isn't decorating or writing, you can find her at home watching television with Mr. Hines or trying to keep up with her teenaged daughter.
