These deviled eggs are a simple, yet delicious crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1 dozen Large eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet or dill relish
- pinch paprika
Note
Follow these instructions for the perfect boiled eggs. Measurements are estimates. You may add more or less "to taste."

Step 1 | |
cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise | |
Step 2 | |
scoop out egg yolk | |
Step 3 | |
mash yolk with fork or potato masher | |
Step 4 | |
add mustard, mayonnaise and relish | |
Step 5 | |
mix with egg yolk until creamy | |
Step 6 | |
spoon mixture into eggs | |
Step 7 | |
sprinkle with paprika |

This is the way I make them, when I make them. My youngest daughter has been in charge of Deviled Eggs the last few years.:-)
