As you may recall, I’ve invited Laura from Inspiration For Moms to be a monthly contributor here at Mrs. Hines’ Class. She is back today with a Fall wreath that I know you’re going to love.
But before we take a look at the wreath, I just want to take a moment to tell you a little bit more about Laura. Like me, Laura is a former Kindergarten teacher, turned stay-at-home mom and blogger.
And take a look at this Ballard’s style drying rack she built for her laundry room. I’m so impressed with her DIY skills.
Not only does she have impressive DIY skills, but she crafts too! So, I won’t keep you waiting any longer.
Burlap Wreath Tutorial
I don’t know about you, but Fall is my absolute favorite season, so I am always eager to start displaying fall decorations.
I have been drooling over the burlap wreaths on Pinterest and decided to make one. Can’t be too hard, right?
After about 30 minutes this is what I created:
- Simply take the end of the burlap and secure it around an inside wire.
- Then it’s time for the “push through” step: take the burlap and push it up from the back through the wire spacing.
Thank you, Laura! Personalized projects are what make a house a home, and I love the simplicity of this wreath.
