Day 31: Your Way to a Better Home
From little league to college classes my Dad’s mantra was always the same, “Finish what you start.”
Maybe that’s why, when I look around at all of the unfinished projects in my home, I feel like I’m failing. Finishing what you start was a value that was instilled in me, but that I’m not living up to.
And I’m overwhelmed; overwhelmed by the clutter, by the undoneness,
by the ideas that fill my mind, to the to-do list that has been penned on paper, to the projects that were started with enthusiasm, but never seen to completion.
So, it seems like as good a time as any to join in on Nester’s 31 Days challenge.
For the next 31 days, I’m going to finish what I’ve started:
Whether it’s a recipe that I’ve been meaning to try, my intermittent journey to health and wellness, or a DIY project that was never finished, it will be finished over the next 31 days…and documented here.
See you in class,
