Today, for the 31 Days to Finished series, I finally got around to a project that I’ve been putting off for no good reason: painting the mirrors in my bedroom.
I ran out of paint, so I’ll be heading to the store for another can in just a bit. I’m determined to finish this project before I go to bed tonight.
Speaking of going to bed, I want to share with you something I’ve been doing lately to help with productivity.
After going to bed at a reasonable hour for the last several days, I’ve noticed that not only am I waking up naturally and earlier, but I feel energized.
Lack of energy has been one the biggest hindrances to getting things done around here. Not only is adequate sleep giving me more energy, but it’s good for my health.
Sounds simple, obvious even, but for someone like me who has been a night owl for my entire adult life, this is a big change.
And maybe it will help me lose the bags under my eyes.
Okay, time for me to get back to work.
