I told you about my first spaghetti squash experience…how I put off cooking it because I’d never cooked one before. Once I finally did I discovered a new favorite!
So many times we let “I don’t know how” keep us from trying something new. That’s really a pitiful excuse, isn’t it? So today, we’re going to learn how to cook a spaghetti squash!
How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
The most difficult part of the recipe is cutting the squash in half. I score all the way around the squash with my knife and then place the knife tip first and carve through the squash.
Top with marinara or tomato basil sauce and enjoy!
